Impact Analysis
The Center uses various models to help measure economic impacts generated on a community by new construction projects or by the relocation of a new business to the community. An impact analysis can be brief or comprehensive depending upon the client’s needs. If quantification of fiscal impacts is required, a large time commitment will be necessary by the Center’s staff.
